Firstly you will need a graphics with two outputs

Install your graphics card, which you need a technician to install. Plug a monitor into both outputs.  Next right on you’re desktop and left click properties.

Click settings then, left click on the 2 in the  square blue box.

And click extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor.

Click apply, then adjust screen resolution.  You can now move windows, to the second screen.
