My name is Leon Thomas the founder of PC Serve. I am based in Watford Hertfordshire. I started my IT journey getting a university degree then Microsoft certifications and ITIL. My view is that some IT qualifications are essential before an IT repair service is provided . I also have worked for Transport for London's IT department, computer technicians, CEX,PCIQ and orderwork.My IT experience now totals more than 10 years.
The business
PC Serve founded in 2005 was the brainchild of myself and my friend whilst at college, the name changed and my biz partner now runs ihelpers (laptop hardware repair). The idea is to offer customers a better and affordable service than what the big companies currently offer. Our client base is steadily growing and we can offer pay per job or monthly / quarterly contracts to individuals, small or medium businesses. Our service reach is far and wide as we also use remote support tools for people all over the globe.
