A.: Repairs usually take maximum of 2 hours, any longer and will be notified before commencement
Q.: When remote connecting, will I have to monitor work? A.: No you can go about your daily business and leave us to maintain your system, we will also show you time taken.
Q.:Are you available 24/7
A.: You can email us 24/7, however we are only available to speak to between 09:30 and 19:30 GMT seven days a week.
Q.: Do I need to be online to be supported remotely?
A.: Yes, you do need to have connection to internet to qualify for remote maintenance support. Unless it is a hardware/software installation, or troubleshoot.
Q.:How long before I get a response or reply to my communications?
A.:Usually we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Q.:I'm Not in the UK, can I still use your services?
A.: For callout to visit you we cover most of the UK, and for remote support we cover worldwide.
Q.:What forms of payment do you accept?
A.: For call outs our techs accept cash or cheques although this is to their discretion. Cheques to be made out to the technician. For remote support we accept most major credit cards through either paypal or google checkout.
Q.:I have a MAC computer, can you still help?
Yes, we can remotely repair and service MAC (10.3.9 – 10.5) and Linux based computers as well as Windows (XP – Vista).
